Product Details:

Released: 29th June 2010 (US) 5th May 2011 (UK)
Goodreads Summary:
When Cammie Morgan enrolled at the Gallagher Academy, she knew she was preparing for the dangerous life of a spy. What she didn’t know was that the serious, real-life danger would start during her junior year of high school. But that’s exactly what happened two months ago when Cammie faced off against an ancient terrorist organization dead set on kidnapping her.
Now the danger follows her everywhere, and even Cammie “The Chameleon” can’t hide. When a terrifying encounter in London reveals that one of her most-trusted allies is actually a rogue double-agent, Cammie no longer knows if she can trust her classmates, her teachers—or even her own heart.
My Review:
This series just goes from strength to strength. Only The Good Spy Young is the fourth book in the epic Gallagher Girls series by Ally Carter and I’ve got to say, I think it’s the best one yet. This book took forever to come out in the UK (a year after the US!) so at the time I finally got it; I was swamped with books to be read. But I’ve finally read it now, I just wish I’d read it sooner!

This book starts with Cammie staying with her best friend, Bex, in London. But of course, things aren’t just that simple and there is trouble following Cammie. Cue giant twist that I didn’t see coming. I’ve come to expect twists and turns in the Gallagher Girls series but the one at the start of this book was weirdly shocking. But the twists don’t stop there. The story goes off in all directions and kept me guessing until the end.

Cammie and the girls are as fabulous as ever in this one and the seriously cute Zach is as dreamy and mysterious as always. Zach is especially prominent in this book and he and Cammie have some really great moments. I adore Zach’s humour; there is one specific scene in a car which I love because it’s just so normal that it’s brilliant, if that makes sense!

I love the action in these books. They make me seriously want to drop everything in life and go to a spy school. The only thing I didn’t like was the end, simply because it is of course, a giant cliff-hanger! Now I have to wait until March to read book 5 (Which I will have shipped in from the US if I have to! Darn you long publishing processes.

If you haven’t read the Gallagher Girls series before, go read them now. Seriously.
